Frequently asked questions

What you need to know before using the Professional Portal Beta.

Can I search for any owner or pet?

No. You can only see pets actively shared with the email address on your account.

What happens when the owner revokes access?

The pet is no longer accessible.

Can I change the owner's notes?

No. The owner's notes are shown as read-only information.

Can I edit data in the portal?

No. In this phase, the Professional Portal Beta is read-only for owner-approved information.

Does creating an account mean I am verified by Mokelta?

No. Creating a professional account does not mean that Mokelta has verified the person's identity or professional registration. Any verification status shown in the portal must clearly explain its scope.

Can a practice create a team account?

Not at present. During the beta, each professional uses an individual account and receives invitations at the corresponding email address.

Does Mokelta replace the official clinical record?

No. The portal complements communication and the owner-facing history. Clinical record-keeping obligations remain within the professional's own system.

The context shared by the owner, ready when you need it.

If you received an invitation, sign in with the same email address. Creating an account alone does not grant access to any pet or verify professional status.
